who is our HERO?

i skipped school today. so, i spent the whole day in front of this laptop and tv and a lil bit on the books. haha i ate maggi for breakfast today. later afternoon, my mom came home with McDonald. yummy!!! after having lunch with mom, we watched HBO. there was this show called "An Inconvenient Truth". at first, i thought it was another stupid documentary show. but then, it turned out to be a good one. in fact, the documentary made me realized that this world, this Earth, needs a hero!! who can be the hero? who can be our hero? mankind hero?? its us!!

what happened to the earth today caused by us. human being are so greedy that we put our priority on luxury instead of saving and preserving the Earth. we all know that littering, smoking, throwing rubbish into the river and all other stuffs are not a good behavior. what we can see is that it causes no harm to anything. but, we forgot that that is just FOR A MOMENT. the clean place won't last long if theres hundreds, thousands, million, in fact billions of people who doesn't care about the Earth.

maybe we don't know and we can't see. but, the fact is that the coral reefs in the ocean are fading its colors. and thats a bad sign even though we can't see it in a short timing. Al Gore said, the fading of colors on the coral reefs proved that the pH of the ocean is increasing. our ocean are becoming acidic from days to days. the acidification of the ocean making it hard for the oysters, starfishes and all other species that requires shells, to make their shells. this can caused the species to disappear from the earth.
can you imagine that these beautiful corals can turn into ..
this!!!

well, as u can see. the documentary really gave me a great impact!! the thing that i never realized it could happen actually, its happening now. how i wish i could save the world. but, its the least i could do by posting this and make whoever read this realized and wake up from their sweet dreams and face the fact that the earth is getting older every day.
